We, the members of the Tanzania Global Diaspora Council (TDC Global), united by our shared heritage and love for our Motherland, hereby establish this Constitution to strengthen the bonds of unity among Tanzanians living in the Diaspora.
Guided by solidarity, collaboration, and mutual support, we commit to fostering meaningful engagement with the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania and the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar. Our mission is to promote the interests of Tanzanians abroad while contributing to our beloved nation’s sustainable development, prosperity, and unity.
We pledge to enhance cultural, social, and economic cooperation between the Tanzanian Diaspora and our Motherland. Through advocacy, policy proposals, and legal reforms, we will address the challenges faced by Tanzanians in the Diaspora, ensuring that such efforts safeguard Tanzania’s natural resources, national security, and enduring unity.
Recognizing the immense potential of the Diaspora, we will mobilize our collective resources, knowledge, and expertise to invest in Tanzania’s socioeconomic development. By doing so, we aim to create opportunities for mutual growth, empower future generations, and preserve the rich heritage and values of Tanzania.
TDC Global is dedicated to serving as a bridge between the Tanzanian Diaspora and our Motherland. We will facilitate dialogue, collaboration, and partnerships that strengthen the ties between Tanzanians abroad and those at home. Together, we will build a brighter future for Tanzania and its people, both at home and abroad.
We, therefore, ordain and establish this Constitution for the Tanzania Global Diaspora Council (TDC Global), as a testament to our unwavering commitment to the progress and unity of Tanzania.
